Slightly scratchy

I ordered this fabric online, and while it's a very pretty solid-color fabric, it is a bit abrasive. The sparkly thread woven thru gives this quality. For most people it should not be a big deal, but for little girls who are particular how a dress feels, it may not be the best option.
