- Measurements based on size small. Larger hat sizes have slightly larger measurements.

Using a tape measure is best for determining head size. Hold the tape at midpoint between eyebrows and hairline, and circle your head, over the "bump" in the back. Use a mirror to ensure the tape is flat, not twisted. Be sure to measure where your hat would rest comfortably on your head.
